This is essentially my tribute to all things flour and water. Starting with those two basic ingredients I feel like I can I make anything. I wanted to create a collection of recipes that worked for those who were already familiar with bread making (sourdough) or for those who are just starting (not quite sourdough). I think the more you handle dough, the better you understand when you need to add more flour or more water. I also wanted to show that it’s not all about bread and with just a few ingredients you can make your own noodles or even pancake wraps.
